This Privacy Policy explains how Sakasu™️ (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website, and Discord server.

What we collect

We only collect the minimum data needed to link your Discord account to your Roblox account and to keep that link verified.

How we use your data

To link your Discord account to your Roblox account and confirm that link.
To operate features that require knowing which Roblox account is associated with your Discord account.
To prevent abuse and maintain the security of our services (e.g., verification and audit logs).
To streamline and link the login process on our website.

Legal basis (where applicable)

We process this information on the basis of legitimate interests to provide and secure the service. If local law requires consent, we obtain it in the relevant context.

How to delete your data

You can delete your link and associated records at any time by issuing the command /unlink in our Discord server. Once processed, the link will be removed and the associated verification data will be deleted from our database, subject to minimal retention required for security and anti-abuse (see below).

Retention

Active links are kept while your Discord/Roblox accounts remain linked.
Verification codes are temporary and removed after use or expiry.
We may retain minimal logs for a short period to detect abuse and to comply with legal obligations.

Sharing & third parties

Discord: We receive your Discord user ID to associate your account and to handle commands such as /unlink.
Roblox: We look up and store your Roblox user ID and username for the link and verification process.
We do not sell your data. We only share data if needed to operate the service, comply with law, or protect our rights.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site (e.g., pages viewed, device and browser information). Google Analytics uses cookies or similar technologies to collect this information and processes it on Google’s systems.

What is collected: Usage data such as page views, referrers, device/browser details, and events.
How we use it: To analyze aggregate trends and improve site performance, content, and security.

Opt-out: You can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or block analytics cookies in your browser.
Retention: We follow our Google Analytics data retention settings (typically 2–14 months for user-level data in GA4). Aggregated reports may persist longer.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Access the information we hold about you.
Delete the link and associated data via /unlink in Discord.
Contact us to correct inaccurate information.

Children

Our service is intended for users who meet the minimum age required by Discord and Roblox. If you believe a minor has provided us data without appropriate consent, contact us so we can remove it.

Your information may be processed in locations where our infrastructure or providers operate. We take steps designed to protect your data consistent with this Policy.
